As some of you may know, last year we lost our home in Barracas where
we held classes and after school activities for the kids and their
families in the Barracas/Boca/Constitucion
areas. Since then, we have been doing smaller events in a conventillo
& a nearby park in Barracas, but we are desperate to find a new home
so that we can reach more kids and give them all a positive environment
to learn and come together as a community.
Magdalena's Party
has been so kind as to donate the proceeds from the night's festivities
towards helping CUDLP find a new community center! This being said,
please come out with a few friends knowing that not only will you have
an awesome time at one of the best bars in the city, but you will also
be helping us towards our goal of finding a new home this year so we can
continue to grow and help even more children and their families!
